The story of P.P.H. BORMECH dates back to 1969, when handicraft shop "Przetwórstwo tworzyw sztucznych i metali" ("Processing of plastics and metals") was
established. Crucial date in company's history was starting of deliveries for minicars plant in Bielsko-Biala. It was in 1983. At the beginning cooperation
consisted of plastic parts manufacture, but in 1989 cooperation was extended of metal pressed parts of the Fiat 126p car-body. Prompt deliveries of high
quality parts made FSM to sign a long-year cooperation contract with P.P.H. BORMECH.
In P.P.H. BORMECH policy, apart from widening of production potential and taking up new projects on product quality, important position is taken by environmental p
rotection, working conditions, personnel development and customer satisfaction. In
2002 civil company BORMECH has transformed into Limited Liability Company. At present we employ 220 workers, 45% of whom are disabled persons.
At present the company manufactures parts and accessories for the automotive industry, being delivered among the others to: Delphi, Delfo and Fiat.
It also manufactures reducers and LPG containers for mechanical vehicles.
In 1998 the company P.P.H. Bormech implemented the Quality Management System and was awarded the Certificate - at the moment this is already
according to ISO 9001: 2000. Moreover the company is certified according to the technical standard for automotive parts ISO/TS 16949: 2002 (the
Certificate was issued by SWISS CERTIFICATION AG from Switzerland).
Since 1995 "Bormech" company is a sheltered workshop.
