Equipment of our production department was lately enriched with new guillotine shear to cut plates up to 6mm thick and oscillation cleaning and trimming device
for cleaning and trimming details using abrasive material. Purchase of bending brake enabled us to start manufacture of and cooperation with customers ordering
typical bent parts. Next stage of development we plan will be the purchase of CNC laser cutter. This will make us independent from our sub-suppliers cutting
profile sectors further bent by us. It is going to allow us decrease our manufacture costs and win new customers - potential buyers of mentioned products.
The trump cards of our production department are CNC lathes enabling unitary or small serial production of components made of sliced bars, forgings or casts turned on a lathe. Our machining centre is complemented by CNC milling machine (2.5-axial with dividing head coupled with control system) which apart from manufacture tasks carries out precise milling tasks for our tool shop. Within past few months thanks to European Union subsidies for company development, we purchased new item to our CNC machining department: modern milling cutter centre (4 axial) offering machining of details in a range of X=1000 Y=600 Z=600. It is equipped with 24 items tool storage including their automatic exchange that may be defined in the control programme. Starting of a complete line of powder painting helped us to improve efficiency and quality of manufactured details coating. Main elements of the line are: multi-chamber pressure shower box assuring proper degreasing and chemical pre-treatment of the details (iron phosphate coating, nanoceramics), paint drying box, powder sputtering box and continuous paint oven. Maximum dimensions of powder painted details: ~1200 height, ~2m length and ~400 width. We possess work force capacities and technology to produce: tools (stamping dies, blanking dies and bending dies) as well as injection moulds according to customer's request! | |||||||||||||||||||||
